Include leading lines in your image. Look out for a natural lines leading to the subject. These could be a path, road, fence, etc.

Quick and easy way to create snow fall in Photo shop CC

Start with a snow scene

Snow scene photo

Before adding snow

* Duplicate layer
* Add snow filter (choose snow filter from the styles palette on the right hand side)
* Choose from the blending option 'Soft light' at opacity 46%

See which blending option suits you best, they above settings worked for this image.
