Tip 2:
Look at the edges of the viewfinder:
* frame the shot; look at the corners of the viewfinder to avoid any unwanted subjects
* keep an eye on your main subject, make sure the subject is not cropped in the viewfinder
In the above shot, the model's feet are cropped, just by moving the camera slightly down will allow enough room for the feet.

The smoking dragon
The photograph below is of a 3D dragon ring.
The set up:
I took a few shots to make sure that the smoke flows in line the nose of the dragon.

The set up:
* Black back drop
* Light 1 on the left of the ring (tungsten)
* Light 2 on the right of the ring(tungsten)
* White reflector placed under the camera to bounce the light back on to the ring
* The ring placed on a drift wood
* Incense stick placed in the holder and placed under the drift wood (use in a well ventilated room)
Camera settings:
Camera on tripod
f-stop: f11
exposure: 1.8
ISO: 200
underexposed: -1.3 stop
I took a few shots to make sure that the smoke flows in line the nose of the dragon.
