The smoking dragon
The photograph below is of a 3D dragon ring.
The set up:
I took a few shots to make sure that the smoke flows in line the nose of the dragon.

The set up:
* Black back drop
* Light 1 on the left of the ring (tungsten)
* Light 2 on the right of the ring(tungsten)
* White reflector placed under the camera to bounce the light back on to the ring
* The ring placed on a drift wood
* Incense stick placed in the holder and placed under the drift wood (use in a well ventilated room)
Camera settings:
Camera on tripod
f-stop: f11
exposure: 1.8
ISO: 200
underexposed: -1.3 stop

Professional Violinist
This year I am involved in a lot of community work and it's always great to give back, I feel it's the best reward for me as I get to meet people of different interests and it's always good fun.
I took the following photographs at the local crafts shop where a professional violinist from Canada was playing her music. It definitely was a great start to the New Year.
